Hello and welcome. My name is Denisa, and I’m grateful you’ve found your way to this space — where I’ve gathered some of the most meaningful photography projects I’ve worked on over the past few years.
Photography has been a part of me for as long as I can remember, but it was in 2020 that my journey truly began. A photography course I attended that year completely changed the way I see the world — not just through the lens, but through a deeper, more artistic perspective. It taught me to look beyond the surface, notice the subtle, often overlooked details, and understand the visual language of emotion.
Following that experience, I had the opportunity to present my first exhibition — Behind the Mask — a conceptual project consisting of five images. It was both a challenge and a turning point. One of the photographs from that series was even purchased, and that was the moment I realized photography could be more than just a hobby. It could be something I share with the world.
Since then, I’ve kept exploring — attending workshops, learning new techniques, working with models and even submitting some of my work to places like Vogue and 1X. Having several of those photos published was a truly rewarding experience — and a reminder that I’m on the right path.
My photographic interests are diverse. From conceptual photography and portraits to street photography, maternity shoots and weddings — I love capturing real moments and genuine emotion. I’m deeply moved by the energy of children, the warmth of couples and families, and the beauty of light and shadow. Documenting important chapters in people’s lives is a privilege I deeply cherish.
